Don't buy the rebuttal from Shamic. In November 2001, they took an order from me for a brass bed, and charged my credit card for over $500.00 (which I am having VISA do a charge-back against Shamic for). After not hearing from Dock24 again..only getting voice mail..I called the bed manufacturer who confirmed that they never got an order from Dock24/Shamic.

I've reported them to the Virginia Department of Consumer Affairs, and requested them to take legal action.
