 Tyler Neufeldt the owner of Dolce Pools l.l.c. is nothing more than a con artist and a lier. We were told that he would build our pool for cost plus 15% and after it was all said and done,my wife wrote checks totaling $62,800 when we never saw any of the actual costs! Buyer beware as my wife was taken advantage of on the price of the pool and I would strongly reommend that you please contact me prior to using Tyler Neufeldt who is the owner of Dolce Pools!! :-(

My wife gave Dolce Pools L.L.C. $6,000 on March 4th 2013 to build the pool in 6-8 weeks when in fact it took until May 12th that we had water in it. (10 weeks) The pool project is still not 100% complete. It has been 3 months and we have never been instructed on how to run the pool equipment or been given any type of directions on the maintenance! It's like buying a Mercedes Benz and a Volkswagen was delivered.

"Have you ever bought a brand new house and not cleaned the carpets?" was said to me after I told Tyler Neufeldt I had spent over 20 hours scraping mortar & plaster off of the tiles. Dolce Pools have never returned to repair the plaster on our brand new pool or fix the mortar on the rest of the rock wall! We have yet to be compensated for the trash removal,the sprinkler repair and landscaping due to ruts being left in the yard. It cost over $2,500 to have this done & Tyler Neufeldt is just a plain theif.

Dolce Pools claims to have the best deck builders & Tyler pays them $8 per square foot yet I started seeing cracks after two weeks & currently have 4. The tan ledge was never sealed and still has plaster stains on it,They cracked my cedar gate and never repaired it along with breaking the french drain and then covering it up where it does not work properly anymore.

The list goes on and on and I am concerned for our safty because the lights in the pool shut off when ever we turn the spa on along with the smell of gas when the heater is not running. In closing,please do yourself a favor and use a reputable pool company as I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy! I've also heard that Tyler Neufeldt with Dolce Pools has numerous law suits filed against him and he continues to lie,cheat and steal from people wanting a good product that will last!
