Warning!  Dr. Bruce Bedrick, the tireless self-promoter and CEO of Kind Clinics / MedBox, has RIPPED OFF medical marijuana dispensary owners in Arizona!

Here's how the Kind Clinics / MedBox scam works:

- Call Kind Clinics AKA Dr. Bruce Bedrick

- Talk to a hired answering service and give them your info

- Listen to how fabulous his fancy vending machine for medical marijuana is

- Pay him $50,000

- Commit to paying him another $50,000 (or now I hear the new model is commit to paying him $250,000 for opening a dispensary in Illinois) if you win a permit

- You pay for all the costs, install his vending machine if you win a license and essentially work for him

Then the publicly traded company MEDBOX writes in your contract for all this revenue to boost stock sales and make money off of naive investors who get bought into the hype.  Medbox are SELF PROMOTERS that write press releases and dupe people to put their hard earned money into an investment that never returns a dollar for them!  And if you look at Kind Clinics / MedBox financials most of the revenue KindClinics / MedBox reports is based on accounting revenue that hasn't been (and probably never will be) received; so they use you to pump their stock price and sales!

Dr. Bruce Bedrick of Kind Clinics / MedBox is a total scam artist.  His clients in Arizona are SUING him to get out of his completely one-sided contracts that allow you to pay all of the money and him to control your entire business.  I am personal friends with the attorney who is representing these clients and have heard all of the distress stories of his clients wanting to get out of their contracts.

And PATIENTS DO NOT WANT TO BUY MARIJUANA FROM A VENDING MACHINE.  I hear Massachusetts is going to outright ban KindClinics / MedBox vending machines in dispensaries.  And his claim about "None of Kind Clinics dispensaries have ever been raided"- HOW DO YOU RAID A VENDING MACHINE?!  And if your claim to fame is helping clients in Arizona win dispensary licenses - ARIZONA'S dispensary license system was a LOTTERY SYSTEM - so does the fancy vending machine help pull the right names out of hats too???

And I should add the pompous self-promoter "Dr. Bruce Bedrick" ISN'T EVEN A MEDICAL DOCTOR, he is listed as a chiropractor online!  But he wears a fancy blue medical suit like he's working in a hospital but he works in a temp space in Arizona.  He's a MEDIA w***e and does interview after interview talking about how great his vending machine is to pump his stock price.

I hear MedBox / KindClinics / Dr. Bruce Bedrick is now trying to take people's money for opening a dispensary in Illinois and opening a dispensary in Mass.  Don't be scammed by CEO Dr. Bruce Bedrick of MedBox / Kindclinics or be a part of his PUMP AND DUMP vending machine stock!

False Allegations Made Against Company

AUTHOR: Medbox Staff - ()

POSTED: Friday, August 02, 2013

The following is a point-by-point rebuttal submitted in response to the complaint the company contends was written by a non-client, since it is filled with inaccuracies. See our responses in bold:

Warning!  Dr. Bruce Bedrick, the tireless self-promoter and CEO of Kind Clinics / MedBox, has RIPPED OFF medical marijuana dispensary owners in Arizona!

In actuality, Medbox and Dr. Bruce Bedrick, have secured over 20% of the total licenses awarded in the state of Arizona for its consulting clients, which is by far the largest success rate of any consultant in this new industry. These clients, who were given legal and administrative support throughout the entire licensing phase in Arizona have nothing but positive feedback for the services provided. The company has multiple testimonials from clients that are available upon request that will substantiate that claim. In fact, we went over and above for our clients in Arizona by successfully achieving an injunction against Arizona Department of Health Services for rules that were prejudicial to dispensary operators renewing their registration certificates before the state imposed deadline. That ruling made news July 31, 2013 and Medbox was the financial supporter for its clients that were lead plaintiffs in that suit.

Here's how the Kind Clinics / MedBox scam works:

- Call Kind Clinics AKA Dr. Bruce Bedrick

Kind Clinics is a non revenue generating marketing company for Medbox.

- Talk to a hired answering service and give them your info

We use a call center to organize messages and record caller details.

- Listen to how fabulous his fancy vending machine for medical marijuana is

Our machines are patented and are similar to what is found in hospitals that use pyxis medication dispensing systems to control sensitive medications. The machines are not direct accessed and are at the control of a POS system that is operated by a dispensary employee. The equipment pays for itself since it controls inventory shrinkage, allows medicine to stay fresh longer, and documents compliance more efficiently as every transaction is recorded in an unalterable record.

- Pay him $50,000

Incorrect. Our consulting price to make an application is typically $22,500 and consists of business plans that include our company's technology, corporate formation, and an application submitted on behalf of the applicant in states that have dispensary programs. There are additional fees paid directly to realtors, zoning attorneys, and the state for application submittal.

- Commit to paying him another $50,000 (or now I hear the new model is commit to paying him $250,000 for opening a dispensary in Illinois) if you win a permit

That is absolutely incorrect. Medbox is paid $50,000 upon successful licensing for the Medbox technology. Medbox is also paid a success fee of $15,000 for a winning application. The client then has the option of building their own dispensary or contracting with Medbox to do the same. There is no mandatory commitment to pay Medbox anywhere near $250,000 in Illinois, or any other state.

- You pay for all the costs, install his vending machine if you win a license and essentially work for him

This is absolutely false. Once an entity wins a license and sets up their dispensary the only ongoing fees paid to Medbox are $495 per month and cover hardware and software support. No other fees, royalties, or revenues are due to Medbox or Kind Clinics from the dispensary. In fact we pride ourselves on not taking percentages like some other consultants in the industry.

Then the publicly traded company MEDBOX writes in your contract for all this revenue to boost stock sales and make money off of naive investors who get bought into the hype.

This is false. An arbitration through Ripoff Report will be initiated here and documents will be uploaded to contradict these libelous statements. Medbox is a public company and any revenue we report is documented through our registration statement filed through the SEC.

All receivables that were counted as revenue in 2012 were captured in full. We have no outstanding receivables for last year and have actually been quite conservative in recognizing revenue in 2013. Again, we are a public company, feel free to review our audited financials available through OTC Markets or our website for further clarification.

This is false. Not one suit has been filed against the company or any of its affiliates or officers in Arizona, or any other state, relating to any client matters. We don't have any clients named Willly, Billy, Bill, or William, so these accusations are without merit and posted by a non-client of Medbox. This industry is highly competitive and as a result anonymous posters will go to extreme means to gain an edge in newly opened markets such as Nevada and Illinois. Seeing as Medbox has been in the news within the past few days for its help with it consulting in Arizona, this kind of public display is not a surprise. We hope to learn the indentity of this poster through the arbitration process allowed on this site so that we can properly guage additional legal recourse, as needed.

These statements are not accurate. We invite everyone to review the Massachusetts program rules and compare the requirements that are demanded of the applicants to the benefits that our technology provides. The technology is clearly unmatched. The Medbox Dispensing System sits behind the counter in licensed dispensaries and is not a vending machine. Patients do not access the technology as it is ONLY operated by dispensary staff. The ability to raid a location is possible, but to date it simply has not happened. The success in Arizona was attributed to many factors and the company's strategy paid off for its clients.

Our CEO has done a marvelous job fielding media inquiries. Fox News, CNBC, Bloomberg, etc., asked him to appear, not the other way around.

Medbox brings value to applicants that don't know how to navigate this tough process. Medbox has helped over 400 consulting clients in the last 4 years without a complaint to speak of so this comment is again not accurate and is possibly geared at a self-serving, financially motivated, basis by the poster. With respect to the "pump and dump" comment, Medbox has filed its registration statement with the SEC and will be the only fully reporting, revenue generating, income earning, transparent, medical marijauna related stock in this newly minted industry.

Regards,

MDS Staff
