Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND Carolyn Flora Ann Dean A High Probability of Fraud and Involvement With 'White Collar' Criminal in Scheme Internet

As the former distributor for Dr. Carolyn Dean's line of Completement Formulas, under her label of New Capstone Inc., we discovered very alarming evidence of potential fraud and unethical practices...

In 2009, I discovered Dr. Carolyn Dean and her husband Robert F. Dean (who has many alias names and a checkered past) on a radio show online.  At the time I was in a very desperate position and suffering from very poor health.  Carolyn and her husband are involved with a man named "JW" (Jeffrey Wallace Edwards of Bremen GA) who claims to be channeling a group of entities -- called iON.  I was interested in sessions with iON and did find benefit with engaging with these sessions.  

iON, as it were (JW), told me that Carolyn was working on a product that would be available and help many people.  They also chose me to set up a distribution and shipping company to send this product out for them.  They would get 60% and my wife and I would get 40% for running the day-to-day business and incurring all the costs of doing business with overhead, employees, insurances, materials, etc.  Due to the reputation of Dr. Carolyn Dean I believed this was a good opportunity to include her product line into our distribution company.  We had already picked up two other companies to distribute for by the time Carolyn's product was available.  

Allegedly this product, called an iCell or 'insulinose' on the label, was being patented and a simple google search of 'Carolyn Dean iCell' will bring up the online patent application outline.  This seemed like a very interesting opportunity and all the things iON said about the product were something I personally could not wait to experience.  I had suffered severe ill-health for quite a few years.  I also became a health-coaching client of Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND due to other health issues, during this process of establishing our business to carry their product lines for distribution.

Going forward, as the business started to reach a broad market, we began receiving inquiries from customers about the man on the patent with Carolyn - Jeffrey Wallace Edwards.  In fact, one customer called me to tell me that this man was Jeffrey Wallace Edwards and was facing Federal Prison for serious white-collar crimes, to the tune of $7-million-dollars.

A few days later, my wife and I confronted Dr. Carolyn Dean about this involvement with her business partner, who she alleged was an astute businessman who always had bodyguards and built up his persona, often.  After I asked Carolyn about "JW" and if it was the same guy who was being charged with fraud, wire-fraud, and other crimes, she reported back a negative on the matter.  I was assured that all is well and that 'JW' -- their JW -- was not this man.  I was also told from her husband Bob that these are "smear campaigns" and Carolyn agreed, stating that 'she too had endured such attacks' from her past.  Not entirely convinced, yet not knowing what to believe, we bought the fact that JW was not the man who hurt all these so-called "investors" in his schemes where he claimed to be an IRS agent, have ties to to banks, and more outright lies that usurped the trust of people and their money was spent on his lavish homes, cars, and other activities not tied to anything investment related, but rather for personal gain only.

After a while however, I became more suspicious of Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND due to other false statements she was willing to put out in the public, not to mention after doing a trademark search, I could find no pending or existing trademark filings for the use of the (R) symbol on any of her products, which she labeled on every bottle.  Now my suspicion was on overdrive, so I hired an outside intelligence company called Tactical Rabbit Inc. to conduct a thorough investigation on all aspects of this company and its partners.  CEO and former congressional candidate Everett Stern spear-headed this investigation and came back to me with substantial data that proved my suspicions were spot-on.  We discovered that Carolyn and JW had been instructing us to send our payments for her product to the close family member, F. Edwards, of Jeffrey Wallace Edwards and the address we were told to send the payment to was the home address of the man in Federal Prison.  

This is not all.  Carolyn and her husband wanted to conceal their manufacturer for her product, allegedly to protect their proprietary formula for her 'insulinose', based upon her iCell patent.  Carolyn told us just prior to the investigation that Gregg Sanders of Water Tech Solutions and his girlfriend Virginia Gunther, AKA "Ginney Almighty" (co-host of Dr. Carolyn Dean's Health Call) were making the product out of a home address.  After having researched the efficacy of the patent-process on this iCell or 'insulinose' product from two experts (one chemist and one top-tier cGMP faclity in Switzerland), both sources told me that this patent-process is both (rubbish and most likely to conceal the process in order to get a patent) not manufacturable under cGMP conditions via the use of "electrodes" and other equipment, and most likely not the real formula for such a product.  After realizing that the patent was put together by Jeffrey Wallace Edwards of Bremen GA (in prison for Fraud) and Carolyn Flora Ann Dean... I have only one suspicion to conclude:  this is just another scam being operated through the use of a Medical Professional to create income for a man in Federal Prison.  

This leads to the other story:  what is Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND involved in outside of these matters?  Why is she directly tied to this man and what is in it for her?  As a former health-coaching client of Dr. Carolyn Dean's, this is something I would consider immoral, illegal, and unethical -- especially since she outright lied to me and my wife about her involvement with this man.  

Our investigation was reported to us on March 21, 2014 and one day later on March 22, 2014, my company Network Holdings LLC. wrote a cease-and-desist letter to Carolyn Dean and her company.  Upon doing so, we were sent an email in an attempt at extortion where she claimed she would get the Deputy Director of the FBI to contact me.  I forwarded this to Everett Stern as evidence in our lawsuit being put together now, aimed at the subsequent defamation that also ensued as Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND posted on her blog about her being "happy to report that she is no longer doing business with me and my wife... " alluding to the fact that we are unscrupulous.  Carolyn has a major following online and it is my due-diligence to report these findings to the public so a proper assesment can be done on her character, reputation, and the client-doctor relationship that she was so willing to dishonor in her dealings with me.  Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND has had her medical license revoked and our dealings with her indicate that she is willing to be dishonest and unethical, and this poses a public threat to her clients who come to her trusting her based entirely on her reputation.

Jeffrey Wallace Edwards and Dr. Carolyn Dean MD, ND are still operating their product distribution, according to her March 31, 2014 post on her website.  Carolyn indicates that she has found a 'professional fulfillment center' to distribute her products.

As a consumer, I would demand to see a cGMP certification on her experimental concoction called an iCell, as it is allegedly developed in someone's home and contains ingredients that come from a ferment, uses a yeast sponge in the process - according to the patent, and would seemingly leave a lot of room for the potential to create a bad batch, in my opinion.  Also, all proceeds (as we discovered) from buying her product are going to finance her business partner, Mr. Jeffrey Wallace Edwards of Bremen GA.  This is something we will have nothing to do with.  I believe this is a contraindication of the authority that a Medical Professional should carry upon herself, as people trust in her and she touts her reputation in the business world to reach large audiences.  So the question remains:  what is really going on and why are her and her husband lying about their involvement with Jeffrey Wallace Edwards.. and WHERE is her iCell called 'insulinose' being manufactured?
