I am generally not the type of person who complains about someone but I am doing it to prevent abuse and fraud.

I had low back pain a while ago and visited Dr Dennis Kou Chin Liu, a chiropractor whose located  in Toronto. Dr Dennis Kou Chin Liu treated my back for a month and I felt great. The pain was gone. We became friends and went out for drinks a few times.

I am a single male. 26 years old and no girlfriend. Dr Dennis Kou Chin Liu invited me to have a threesome with him and his wife. He told me that he is bi and likes to have it with men and also to see his wife doing it with men. I found this strange but after seeing a photo of his wife I agreed as she is so hot! And I was lonely too.

Three of us got together once a week. This went out for a month. I had stopped treatments before any sexual activity started. So he did not break any laws. But after a month I got a statement of claim from Manulife, my work insurance. He got paid for treatments past month that I did not attend. I confronted Dr Dennis Kou Chin Liu with this and asked him to return this money to Manulife.  He refused and instead offered to pay me 50% of the insurance money!

I got insulted. Insurance fraud affects all people and I broke up my relationship with him and his wife. I asked him to donate $1000 to a charity to settle this but he refused. This pissed me off so much! I do not want money from him. I just want the insurance money refunded. And I want him to stop charging insurance companies when no treatment is done. It is a complete scam. I feel he rip off the system and commit fraud and I want this to stop. He is a nice guy and I like him and his wife but no one should do insurance fraud. It affects everyone.
