The owner of this business took my money for events that were not secured.  She would post dates and places and then either change the venue or cancel.

The first event we booked with her was changed with no notice and it appeared the place was not ready for us at the time stated.  The second event we had booked the owner did not have the building open at the time we were to get inside to set up.  The room was not ready either.

The next event was located at a roller rink that had no heat, bad lighting and water on the floor from a leak in the ceiling.  We did not stay at the roller rink and requested a refund due to the bad conditions.

I have asked her several times for a refund for cancelled events and have not yet received one.  The signed contracts do not state there is no refund.  When I called to inquire about an upcoming event the place had no record of anything being booked.  Several other vendors have had this same issue with her not having events secured at the place she is advertising and they are not receiving refunds either.
