EMSI Marsha Friedman (Founder), Steve Friedman Did Not Follow Through on the $8500 Investment I made, Then Quit Contacting Me Wesley Chapel, Internet

I am highly disappointed with the services that EMSI Inc. gave me regarding the public reltations services that EMSI was supposed to provide with my book. I paid $3750 for 15 radio interview shows regarding my book. I finished 8 of the radio interviews in which 4 of the 8 interviews were less than 3 minutes and the majority of the interview were on very small stations in which no feedback was received (my book was very controversial and should have been easy to get on bigger stations in which I told EMSI on multiple occasions but they failed to produce. I decided to turn the remaining 7 radio interviews into EMSI getting me over 900 Twitter followers in which they succeeded by getting bogus followers and many spam/porn followers.

Next (before I learned my lesson with EMSI), I paid EMSI $4500 for a newspaper/magazine campaign in which I only received 4 total stories yet I was told that I could continue writing stories until I saw results. I tried to contact EMSI on mulitple occasions after my last story as I was supposed to have another story, but EMSI has up to this point acted as if I do not exist so now I want to expose them for the fraud that they have been to me as I don't want any other author to waste their money with a company such as EMSI. EMSI did follow through with their PR coaching and their customer service was good until they decided that my time was up after 4 stories, and I was clearly told that I would have more than 4 stories.  I'm not a negative person and it takes a lot for me to speak negatively about someone. However, when you feel as if someone has literally stolen thousands of dollars out of your pocket, then at least I feel that something must be said.
