Last month I noticed a charge of 14.95 on my phone bill that I did not authorize. I called qwest to have this taken care of. They issued a credit for the amount and told me to call ESBI/orbit telecom. I did and told them this was never authorized. I told them I didn't want this to appear on my phone bill ever again. I was assured that it was taken care of. I read my new phone bill and it is still on it and charging me 14.95. It is some kind of internet scam. I told them I don't even know what it is.
