I purchased two African Grey Parrots from Eaton Declair earlier this year for $750. Although he may seem like he is trustworthy by calling and emailing you, he simply wants your money and nothing else. After purchasing my birds and paying an extra shipping payment to his "wife" Jasmine Marks via Western Union, they never arrived. Instead I get an email from so called "PCS Pets Relocation" that my birds had missed their flight and will need to stay overnight at the Houston airport. In addtion they asked for $800 per bird for the night and told me I would recieve 98% back when my birds were delivered. 

This was suspicous, but I did as I was told and sent them the money. Over the course of nearly two weeks they continued to sent fake bills and I continued to pay until I got fed up and called what I would then find out the actual PCS Pets. Upon calling, they immediately told me that I was being scammed because they weren't shipping any animals for a month. Furious, I called Eaton and demanded my money back. He immeditaly makes an excuse that his son was sick and he would return my money. 

After foolishly giving nearly $4500 to insure the "birds" would arrive quickly and with minimal stress, I am writing this so that no body else will be scammed by this low life. I have contact and filed a criminal fraud report with my local sheriff's office and have contacted the FBI for I have learned that others who were scammed by this person have done the same. I encourage any who have been scammed by the man to also file with their sheriff's office and the FBI, as the more compliants he gets, the higher up the case goes up in the FBI search list and thus increases the chance of putting this criminal in jail and possibly receiving our money back.
