    I signed up with a company that built my website shortly after i got it published ecommerce positioning called me and told me i would be kicked off google if i didnt fix  marketing so i purchased the marketing for $8000 from them he said i had nothing to worry about they had a money back guarentee then later that week i got another call from the same guy saying that they couldnt fix the marketing on my site beacause my site was poorly designed and they needed another $12000 for a new site and i told him i didnt have the money but he assured me i needed and that i would make my money back very fast so i borred money from my parents and gave him the money. to make a long story short a couple months went buy and with nothing working getting no traffic and i never saw the website they promised me i called and told them i was getting out and i wanted to take advantage of the guarentee he told me they no longer offerd that and continued to try and assure me that it work and give it time ive now lost my car and they refuse to even talk about the guarentee they promissed me and told me i was lazy and not working my site and it was all my fault and they did the work

I am really surprised!

I got a little email notice that someone filed a response to my input above- and thought I'd take a second to respond in kind.  I am very surprised with the negative comments- my experience (and my brother in law's, for that matter) have been very different.  I respect everyone has their own opinion, it just seems very inaccurate based on what I have seen.

I am having them build my 3rd website right now- this will be the second custom website I'm having them build (the 3rd is still a pretty generic template).   Again- night and day experience from the other posters.  I get help from them when I need it, and haven't felt nickel and dimed like I did with the coaches and freaking TAX CLUB which is the biggest nightmare in the industry, although my PMI coach came pretty close. 

And I thought I'd mention something about the guarantee- my brother in law started a company selling landscaping tools online.  My sister got very sick, and he has been taking care of her and the kids, and unable to maintain the website.  He asked for his money back and got it back completely- he actually kind of felt bad because they had done some work.  Nonetheless, I'm a fan!

But again, to each her own!  Best of luck to you all in running a business online!

Ecommerce positioning ripped me off of my only savings which I used to pay them hoping they are tru to their promise of 100% money back guaranty.

I am joining your group to file a legal complaint against Ecommerce Positioning  or Advance Marketing . The first time they talk to you (Randy ,one of the personells) , they  sound so nice , promising you if they don't get your website on top 5 of search engine , you get 100% money back guaranty ,which is the only reason why I signed a contract with them.  After  months and months of checking the google  , your website is nowhere to be found and that is also while they are charging your bank every month of  another $90.00  on top of what I paid them ($3550.00) the first month.  Some of their employees are even rude   too when you try to talk to them to give your money back as they have promised.  I am not a big company , I even just used my only saving hoping my website business will earn something .  Since they said they have been working on the SEO, I earned nothing , ZERO, just OUTPUT NO INPUT.  I would have earned more maybe if I just put my business on ad in the newspaper.

I read about how competitive the industry these guys are in is, and hate to say it made me wonder if the other comments here are from competitors? Just curious, it seems strange for people to have such drastically different experiences, and mine has been no where near what they described. 

I got set up with a storesonline site that did nothing in sales for over a year (after paying the PMI coaches $$$, - ....ouch).  Ended up working with ecommerce positioning about a year ago, and it took about 6 months but steady sales started coming, that was almost a year ago and business is growing.

Just my 2 cents I guess.  I know everyone doesnt have identical experiences with businesses but I always like to stand up for ones that have been good to me if no one else is (the mom  in me I guess) :) best of luck to all of you and your businesses.

Let's get a lawyer and get our money back!

To the author of this complaint,

We have also been scammed out of thousands of dollars by Ecommerce Positioning. I am currently working on finding as many clients who were scamed by them as possible and hiring a lawyer to fight for our rights. Ecommerce is a massive ripoff who made blatent promises and then did not keep them. I don't know how they sleep at night. Anyone reading this.... DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Save your money as they will not do what they say they will. And don't put one thought into their so called warrenty as they do not honor it. I'm not sure how to contact the author of this complaint personally but we need to get together and discuss plans on how to get our money back. I will be contacting the owners of this site and well as the bbb and scam.com (and many other complaint agencies) to find as large a group as possible to take Ecommerce down.
