===================== NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

===================== Ehome, Ioffice, Bridge To Business, Herbalife, Anthony Powell Denise Drenning, Leah Fein, Kairrie McClain Deceptive, dishonest, thieves, manipulative, degrading Internet, Arizona

Well, I am not sure where to begin. It has taken me sometime to sit down and write this report. It is something that I usually do not do, but the more I have thought about the more I realized that I needed to people to know before buying into this program.

Last year I answered an online ad that was advertising earn extra income from home. They were claiming and extra $500 working part time and working on the internet and business comes to you. So I thought why not. It advertised pay $9.95 for the package and if not returned in 14 days I would be charged $39.95. So I thought ok I can do the $9.95. I got a call from my personal coach Bob Gripa and set up a time to talk. Then we had a three way conversation with his mentor Leah Fein and she went thru the information. In order to go to the next step I had to pay $199 for the second half of the information. Which included also some Herbalife weight loss product.

So after the second call I decided to give it a try, because they were making 20K/month in their first 12-18 months being in business. I kept being told just do what we tell you to do and you will do just fine. And in order to qualify to build a team I need to invest in approximately $4,000 in Herbalife products that they were going to help me sell for a profit. Again it all sounded very good. When I kept pressing how do I get leads, how good are the leads, how much do the leads cost, I kept being told you have to pay in order to find out. So I thought well how can they be in business if they are ripping people off?

Well I found out how they stay in business. People like myself that get so disgusted and then don't bother to report them either here or to the better business bureau. Why you would ask is because you become so ashamed of yourself that you fell for such a scam.

So to stay on the program you pay a monthly fee of approximately $200 for their online contact management software. Remember this is an online business. Then you have to buy leads, leads run at $130/lead, which they ram it down your throat that in order to be anything and to make money you have to buy the leads, because that IS the ONLY way to get business. So you walk down this road, so you say ok lets give it a try. I bought their leads for several months at $6500/month. Then you are charged $29.95 for mail the training material to the next suspect, you only collect $9.95 from the customer that is non refundable and if they don't return it you charge them $39.95 for the materials. So you keep going deeper into the hole. Then the customers credit card is no good can not charge the additional fee and the materials do not get returned. Also if you charge them the additional $39.95 for the materials the customer then can request a charge back from their credit card company which they will be granted the money back, you as the distributor are then charged a $30 fee from your merchants account for the charge back. Even if you win the charge with the credit card company you loss your charge back money. So needless to say I lost ALOT of money. Also the customer can do a charge back for the $9.95 shipping fee.

If the materials where returned by the kind customer how decided that it was not for them the company would only refund $11 to your account.

What I did not mention was also the monthly merchant account fees which are credit card processing, you have no control on how much the company charges and it is automatically deducted from your checking account. Which your bank will not let you stop the charges and the company will continue to charge and take charge backs, even after you cancel everything.

So in a nutshell I ran up my credit cards to over $35,000 in debt. I have tried to pay off the debt, however, when not making any money on this system and what ever money you do make you have to give to Ehome, Ioffice, Herbalife to purchase products.

You are told by Anthony Powell, Denise Drenning, Kairrie McClain and the other higher ups, that you have to be willing to work hard and spend money to make money. That they all came from dirt making minimum wage, working in factories, no college education. All of it was bull. They would verbally belittle you if you told them that you are unable to come up with that kind of money. I would sit on calls and they would just berate anyone that tried to object to their tactics or to ask questions. When asking is there another way for leads or to grow your business without this outstanding debt you were told NO. Then you would have to purchase leadership development weekend training tickets at $50 twice a year. Whether you were going or NOT!

If you were not buying the leads from Bridge To Business they you did not qualify for any additional training, just their weekly evening calls that added NO value to growing a business. The same thing was said week after week, with the same stories and the bull.

Now about Bridge To Business this is the company for the paid leads of $130/lead, well when you received a bad lead, which could be either a bad number or bad credit card information, they would refuse to refund the money for that lead or refuse to replace the lead. They would say that they can not be responsible for the quality of the lead.

I really hope that if I can keep one person from making the same mistake that I made then this was worth my writing. I know I did not cover all the fees, however, like I stated I am know over $35,000 in debt that I have no way of paying. I have had to default on my credit card payments because I am no longer able to keep up with them.

I tried working thru Herbalife and they just did not care that they have such an unethical distributor. Please stay away from this company!!!!
