I recall that when I ordered Elevate GF bundles (5 months and 3 months), the charges were under the titles of "Wholenutra.com" and "Healthizon.com". I verified myself that these companies are in fact affiliated with the product. I don't see how *that* is an underhanded practice. Your husband might have purchased one of the heavily advertised bundles which I am personally not aware of. I only know Elevate GF has behaved in a very ethical manner with my sensitive information.

There’s seriously something shady about this company.  Do not purchase any products from them!   My husband ordered the 14 day trial of something back in June.  We were then hit with charges from a company called 1285muscle.com for 89.99 but we never received the product so they refunded us.  He said when he went on to order the trial and tried to place the order it never  went through.  It appeared it never completed the order.  It kept saying there was a field that was never completed but he couldn’t find one so he abandoned the order.  However because they refunded us right away I never noticed when we were later hit by a company called wholenutra.com and we never received a product form them, even though the company had a USPS tracking number ( but it was not signed for).  It wasn’t until we were charged for the 2^nd product from this company that we don’t recall buying that I caught the charge on our bank account and not until they told me about the 1^st charge that I even realized we had already been charged 87.47 earlier in July.  I never received the 1^st order so I couldn’t return anything and they had shipping so I was out of luck but the person I spoke with told me no problem when you get the 2^nd shipment you can return it.  He never mentioned it had to be within 30 days and we had 2 deaths in the family that distracted us that month.  We returned the product on 9/5, 6 days outside the 30 day window.  They received the product and accepted it yet never refunded us the money so now they have 2 payments from me and I have no product from them but they won’t refund me.  Their website says they can reject a return if it doesn’t meet their requirements which they didn’t, I never received it back and I never got received my money.  The supervisor said she can’t send us the product back and she can’t refund is. 

Well, just because the product apparently was not for you doesn't mean other people cannot try and benefit from the supplement. 

This product is a total ripoff. I purchased it and used it as direceted and it simply doesn't work. In fact, I experienced headaches and muscle pain from using it for only 3 weeks. I attempted to return it to the company but was stonewalled with repeated denials about the side effects. The company basically took a "too bad" attitude about my experience,refused to refund my money, and still billed my credit card for another shipment. Do Not buy this scam product !!!
