End 2 End Technologies End 2 End Technologies complicit with COX Communications in residential Wiretapping, Hacking, Internet Surveillance Chandler/Gilbert Arizona

 COX Communications has contracted End 2 End Technologies for their residential repair and install support technicians and the only thing they are installing is surveillance and the only repairs are upgrades in the equipment used to monitor every site, sound and choice of information they choose to about who what where and how you do things.

For nearly 8 months (starting approx. Oct 2012) I have had increasing problems with my internet service which is through century link (who are helping with this case via their legal dept).  When they took over qwest, they were required to upgrade.  During this time I began getting blocked on many websites, my pc kept getting reconfigured or I would get bumped off. On Dec 15, 2012, the service was completely gone.  After contacting CL, a very nice tech came out on a Sunday and checked the phone platform box out. He said that the phone wire wasn't even attached and put in an order to have all the lines upgraded.

As promised the CL tech was out the next day and laid out all new wiring and said that a team would be out sometime over the next few weeks to bury all the cable he ran. My internet was back up but now the presence of a third party was even more noticeable. I began tracking all the irregularities and after 8 months and 100's of pages of screen shots and other evidence,  I later had no alternative but to pry open the box and see for myself what was going on.  CL at that time insisted that the line worked and I kept telling them there was more than one line and it was being looped back and my accounts were "piggybacked" by unidentified accounts trying to pass as mine.

On Feb 15, 2013 Team Fishel was out to bury the cable and once again more events at an increased rate. I started noticing a large number of ssid"s that had full bars that appeared to come and go dependent on what I was doing on my ssid. I wrote Team Fishel's corporate office after 3 unanswered local phone calls and they politely responded and sent out 2 men to investigate and at that moment, it was definitely confirmed that yes there was two lines coming in but one had been removed just a few days earlier.  And coincidently, a few days earlier also, my neighbors on both sides lost their service...

 One neighbor had hers repaired and new lines run by CL and she described to me about how her internet had also been hacked and her bank account credit card stolen and a Mexico Vacation had been purchased with it by the thief. The other neighbor on the opposite side had switched to COX after they offered him a lower rate and they arrived with a "box" for his phone. Again the problems started and I was spending up to 10-15 hours a day chasing, deleting, and uninstalling the enemy only to have them reload under a differnt name.

After booting what I thought was the last of the uninvited guest off my PC, I became very protective of my VoIP line and kept a constant watch over all of our house.  That's when I noticed these odd antennae--3 to be exact- on roofs 2-3 blocls over but aiming in my direction with a sort of futuristic ray-gun apparatus. Research confirmed they were high frequency routers with modem and long range up to 150 miles or more.  After that I had come outside to observe E2E pulling up to my neighbors house and after some questions and a quick scan on E2E I went over and began questioning the two guys as to why they needed so much equipment just to check phone lines. They asked me why I wanted to know and they were out of there in an instant when I told them I was being hacked by someone close by. My suspicians proved correct when my neighbor let me examine his phone cable coxes and the "box" for his basic telephone service--no other frills. I located the Cisco DPQ 3212 modem and it was exactly what was coming up on my pc and it shows internet service etc, although he doesn't have it.  It turns out that the box was there for other purposes not of my neighbors doing--he is very innocent and naive about technology. End 2 End is a Germany based company that specializes in surveillance equipment. Once I discovered this mode of fraudulant events I smashed my router and d/c'd my phone lines from CL and 7 ssid's lost service and a friend of mine that I conduct research with over the internet in CA texted me that his landline and internet also went out---500 miles away.

I got new service with my phone and added a data plan the next day and a few hours into my online classes the MIMPC's again took over my pc and phone and began the whole game over.

IS COX COMMUNICATIONS STEALING BANDWIDTH AND OTHER VITAL INFORMATION AND SELLING IT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO A ROUTED THROUGH THIS CISCO "BOX" UNDER THE GUISE THAT IT'S COMING FROM cox AND NOT cENTURY lINK...or DO I HAVE A cyber-stalker?
