Evalonline ES Appraisal Services None Payment of 14 jobs that were completed for them. Jacksonville, Florida

I completed 14 jobs for Evalonline.com or ES Appraisal Services over the past year.  I inquired about getting paid and they said my W9 was wrong so they couldn't pay me.  My W9 was filled out as Individual/Sole Proprietor and my EIN number.  They said that for Individual/Sole Proprietor it had to be my social security number and not EIN. 

Funny my EIN was issued by the IRS when I filed the fictitious name with the State of PA and it was registered as a Sole Proprietor.  They told me that it had to be a Corporation to use an EIN number.  I was told the check would be sent over night on Wednesday August 29, 2012 and as of September 1, 2012 I still have not received payment.
