Exede Internet wildblue Viasat We read the reviews and decided not to go with this company in the mean time they showed up at our home when our 14 year old daughter was there and moved forward with installation. they are not refusing to let us out of a contract. This company is unbelievably corrupt. The cs agents will laugh at you they think they are untouchable to laws. Englewood Co

We were referred to Exede threw Direct TV. We called and set up a time for instalation. Before the date they were to arrive we read the negative reviews and called and cancelled. They went a head and came when our 14 year old daughter was home and installed everything. We want them to come and get there equipment. They are awful when we call they just laugh at us they think they are invincable and do not have to folow any laws what a nightmare.

Stacey,
Wow, it is definitely outside of our policy for something like this to take place. If you cancelled the service before the equipment was installed, the work order would have been cancelled as well and there would have been no reason for a technician to proceed with the install. If a technician installs without a work order, there is no proof that the work was done and the technician does not get paid.

Before a technician comes out, they would have confirmed a scheduled appointment with the account holder or someone on behalf of the account holder. A technician will contact the customer before coming out to make sure someone is at the residence.Someone 18 years or older would've had to been at the residence at the time of install for the technician to proceed with the installation. That person would have also had to agree to and sign the contract using the account holder's information as an authorized signer.

If you beleive that the service has been installed in error, please let us know. What you have described certainly sounds like some sort of miscommunication.
