FBK Products, BEWARE of a RIPOFF on FBK's Septic Products Boynton Beach Florida

They offer to send a 'month's trial' for your septic system and when it arrives FBK has sent a 'five year's supply' and a bill for $206.95! This has been going on since October 2007. Customer phone calls and letters do not matter to this company, all they want is the money.
Smartly, before shipping the product back, we turned to the Internet to see if there was anyone who had this experience and found FBK listed on numerous sites as being a ripoff artist. Today's call was the last straw!

We have not used any of the product, we were told today, "that there's only a 30 day window for product being returned without billing for the shipment, and seeing we missed that window in November and refuse to pay; it was turned over to a collection agency as of today".

The product was shipped on Oct. 29, 2007 - first letter asking where to return the 5 year supply (without being billed) was sent to FBK on Nov. 3, 2007 - phone calls were made to FBK, within their so-called '30 day window', and were told they do accept product return - just send the money! Well, as of today, we are taking legal action against FBK Products, LLC.
The state of FL should shut this business down.
