I paid a $9.95 for my DD214; that was 2 months ago and haven't heard a word from TOUCHSTONE RESEARCH GROUP LLC. I've called them several times and after waiting for what seems over 20 minutes on hold for a service rep, no one comes to assist you. Instead you're instructed to leave a message and that "someone will get back to you" But they never do.
I've also emailed them; and not even an a courtesy respond can they produce. I demand either my DD214 or my money back... TOUCHSTONE RESEARCH are truly a ripoff company.
