Family Dollar AKA Family Dollar Stores Complaints go unrecognized and gay workers are forced to quit. Canton Ohio

I am a gay assistant mananeger at family dollar. The store manager does not like gay people so he has purposely tried to make me quit. From taking hours to sending me home to writing me up for something he insisted I do the day before. I have have went up the chain of command and the complaints go unrecongnized. Instead the work environment gets more hostile because I complain. I do not know what to do any more. Except look for other employment opportunities. The district manager knows of these complaints but is very aquainted with the store manager so nothing get done. Family dollar has not given any employees at the local store the correct information about the culture of family dollar, everyone is being misled. Where is the CEO of the company????? He is loosing business in Canton, Ohio stores because the good workers catch the thieves that are stealing the merchandise. Does the CEO care about loosing money?
