This is a update to my case:my vehicle was not stolen out of the shop on Raeford Road (All Tune & Lube)This shop is a rippoff and the owners are full crab. The hold time my case was pending the silent owner threated me and my associates. He damage the business next door to him, because my friend worked there. He personal went over to the business after we came out of court on 22 August 2014, and told the owner to fired my friend, and the questioned was asked on what ground, he said because he not worst a f____. So he got pissed off with that owner and the following night all the limo's and buildings was spread painted, knowning that the business had a $6000.00 funeral the next day. But guest what, we was able to recovered and con't to conduct business.

I had a mechanic, that came forward, and told me exactly what happen at the shop with my 2004 Chrysler Sebrine convertible car. The car wasn't stoled, the owner authorized the mechanic to drive the car out of the shop and conducted work on it, the mechanic had no driving license, and also he was a drunk, because they fired him from stealing parts off of other custumers vehicles,the parts the customers are paying for, they are not getting it. the business is ripping off our community and people that worked very hard for their money. The mechanic told it all about how they ripping people off. They threated him and his wife, they tried to get her fired from her job,if he didn't back down from the court hearing.

After one (1) year later, after the stressed, and bs I had to go through, I finally won my case, and the judge seem straight through the lies and b s. The silent owner, even broke down and cried about he having cancer, and his health is failing him,if his health was so bad that he personal went that night and spread painted those limo's, and hall tail back to Myrtle Beach, but it was caughj on camera. I must said he is the biggest hippocret/A_S, I ever seem and heard. But I also glad I stood up  to these people, and I want everyone to know, it's  not about the money it's about them ripping people off for hard earn money, and stealing people vehicles, because  he have been doing this for years, and very few people stand up to them. The silent owner threated all my witnesses, and some of the witnesses wouldn't back down. He threated me, attorney, and my friend in front of the courthouse, we had to get escorted to our vehicles. The sheriff told him, they have plenty space in the jail house. I must say he is a ulgy person in every shape and form. I'm also going to the media and tell all, for reason they think this is okay.

The so called manager got up on the and lied like a dog, he said he never ever done any mechanic work, but how could you be a manager of a mechanic, if you don't know about cars (vehicles) repairs. He was a fat blunt A S. and drug head that couldn't see.
