This company is a joke if you can see through the lines............ the method they use is noticeable if you can read through the lines well its just screaming scam, the posting, the first e-mail they send you, and the website they provide.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Makes outbound calls to call centers 90% of time will be handling outbound, home security , or insurance-type calls and follow-up calls. Accurately and concisely documents customer feedback and special needs indicated during each call in computer based system. Identifies and addresses the patients issues and anticipates future needs by providing additional information, as needed. Navigates in a Windows-based system through a series of databases in
order to access the appropriate information to service the customer.
Receives incoming calls to answer questions, provide resolution to participant and/or provider issues.
Operates various office equipment; including telephone, and computer.
Performs other duties, as required.
Requirements:
Requires high school education or the equivalent call center experience not required; outbound experience preferred. Background or experience in Customer Service is a plus
Must have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, while balancing the need for attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to concept-sell the benefits of a service or program and overcome objections to participation
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
Excellent data entry skills and proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens while conducting a customer call
Must demonstrate basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel or equivalent applications, and be familiar with call center software applications
Demonstrated ability to organize, take initiative and follow up independently
Job pays 45k to start if hired.

They say they're located in Daytona Beach but the number they provided is not Daytona area code, there number is registered with Google, when i called i was redirected to a answering machine stating if your calling for the job position then e-mail us we can not take your call...... saying its to much work for them, its just kind of odd they would provide a general number of their company on the website, and when you call only have a response for job seekers, what about the services they so claim they provide on their website, i thought well how can actual prospects reach them if that's a customer.
This whole thing is fishy when something starts to smell fishy... you run as soon as you can away from the smell.........
That's All focks..... I could of done more search but its simply not wroth my time there plenty of other jobs out there that's worth pursuing, i just hate the ones that wastes your time with no return on your investment which in this case is time.
