First American Home Buyers Protection BUYER BEWARE!!!!complete ripoff and scam artists Van Guys Texas

Where should I start? Well lets start with the fact that I've had no A/C for 2 months and it is 95 degrees in my house. Also I have two small children. My story is the same as most, this company is full of broken promises, lies, and absolute BS. Every time you call it takes at least 30 minutes to speak to someone and then your put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. No one ever knows whats going on, and everyone tells you something different. They told me I needed a new compressor and that the part was being ordered. 3 weeks go by and still no compressor or phone call.

I call them only to find out that the part has not even been ordered!!!, even though we were told it had been. They tell us their are $425 in none covered cost that we must agree to in order for them to order the part. We agree to the cost. Two days later a rep calls us telling us that in order for them to order the part we must pay $625 in none covered cost. First of all I thought the part had been ordered 2 days ago, and where the hell did $200 more dollars come from. desperate for A/C we agree to these costs. It has been yet another month since we agreed and the part is still being shipped. Every time we call they tell us the part should be here tomorrow. I am convinced that everyone working their has a brain that is no bigger than a pea and all of the "supervisors" are freshman in high school. No one you talk to on the phone has any pull to make any kind of decisions and they are great about keeping the people that do in hiding. First am. doesn't give a rats fat sh*ty a** about their customers.

They drag their feet on the services, but make for d**n sure every month they take their payment from my account. They waste no time doing that!!!!!!! If you have a warranty with them cancel it or do not renew it. If you don't have a warranty with them don't get one. All the money you pay them and there shotty a** techs you would be better off coming out of you own pock and getting it done right and in a timely manner. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
