 The company salesman, Michael carter, promised verified leads, confirmed and with voice recordings of the appointment conversation. Not one happened. I heard every excuse imaginable why it was taking so long.Then the ones I received were neither confirmed nor was there a voice recording and not one acknowledged ever speaking to anyone about annuities.

So you run around chasing people who have no idea why you showed up at their door. When you question First Annuity Source, they will give tyou alot of excuses and then tell you they will look into it. You never hear from them again until you press them for an answer which then they tell you they will look into it again.

In short, do not waste your time trying to get leads from this company. They are not only deceptive but incompetent, unprofessional and deceiving. Do not take a verbal promise from them, get it in writing. I received absolutely nothing for my money. I doubt anyone else will as it seems to be their practice to pass the buck around.

I have been trying to get a refund from them over 60 days. Out of $1,500.00 I gave them, I have only received $308.00. They claim that they have sent me further refunds twice but I have received absolutely nothing. I have been in contact with 5 people there waiting for the refund. They always have time to call you and talk if they are pressing you to buy their leads but once things are not going right, they are all very busy to talk to you. Maybe that is why they dont have a receptionist answering phones!

In short, anybody who thinks they are going to get leads from this company better look somewhere else. For a company to refuse to refund a measily $1,500.00, they have to be either a compete fraud or jst too incompetent to earn their money properly.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND DECEPTIVE.
