First BankCard Visa often sends my bills late hoping I will miss a payment so I often have to send my check payment in my own envelope.........

They say they did not receive my April payment even though my checkbook says I sent it on April 21st using their bill and envelope.........

I suspect this bank is shredding some payment checks so they can raise my and other peoples rates........

I advise you bank elsewhere........
