First Credit Finance does not have an active business license with the state of California.  It was suspended for failure to file and pay taxes.  Therefore, they do not have the legal right to make financial agreements, take consumers to court in a civil process or garnish paychecks.  This company likes to conduct 30 plus day defaults on auto loans to repossess the car and threaten consumers with garnishments.  Please contract the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office to file a claim for fraudulent business practices.  You are not alone, they have done to lots of innocent consumers and they must be stopped.  Unfortunately, these criminals will just close up shop and reopen under another name.  They are currently operating under an active license with the Department of Insurance, but that license does not give them the right to make auto loans only to sell insurance.  The people at the BBB (Better Business Bureau) are idiots.  Don't waste your time complaining to them, they are useless.
