On March 15, 2004 we purchased a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country from Peter Fuller Enterprises in Watertown MA. At the time of the purchase we were offered an extended wanrranty thru First Extended Service Corporation. We repsectfully declined.

The sales person pressured us into buying the warranty for: $1500.00. He stated that it covered everything that could possibly go wrong with the vehicle from bumper to bumper.

This is NOT the case. Early in 2006 we started to notice a loud banging and creeking noise from the front end. It sounds like a tank It's an awful annoying noise. I suspected it was the Sway Bars or the Struts.

On Jan, 18th we brought the car into Peter Fuller Enterprises where we bought the car. They inspected the car for $85.00 to tell me that there appears to be a problem with the 1. Struts or the Steering Rack.

After having the van for a full day they did not diagnose the exact problem. I was told that First Extended Service Corporation would not cover any repairs. If anyome drives the vehicle they would be able to tell that there is a major problem in the front end.

I've spoken to several reps at First Extended Service Corporation and have been declined any coverage to fix this problem.

What does this First Extended Service Corporation cover? Bascially nothing.... I paid an extra/additional $1500.00 for a coverage I was told would cover any problems from bumper to bumper. This is FAR from reality.

I drove the car home from the dealership last night and could NOT believe that the mechanics could not find the source of this problem or the vibration in the steering. First Extended Service Corporation would not cover the repairs to fix this blantant problem.

First Extended Service Corporation is truly a fraudulant company and does not do what they say they do. First Extended Service Corporation needs to be looked into and shut down ASAP before they purposley RIP-OFF other consumers with their unethical wanrranty practices.

First Extended Service Corporation is truly a fraudulant company. Is there any help out there?
