Purchased a ITR Bond from First Mountain Bancorp to gauranty a commodity transaction payment.  The commodity was delivered but the purchaser paid with a check that was returned twice for insuficient funds.  Check was totally worthless.

Filed on the ITR/Bond for payment.  First Mountain Bancorp and George Gowen refuse to pay the bond.  The company and the securities they market are completely fraudulent.

We contacted them several times with absolutely no direct response.  They would not answer phone calls or emails.  Finally filed a law suit against them in Oklahoma Federal Court.  They have not answered the suit.

Search George Gowen on the web, he has had multiple run ins with the law.  He and his companies are a total fraud.  Screwed us out of $300,000.0

George Gowen operates a fraudulent surety bonding company

AUTHOR: Jean - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, December 19, 2020

After reading the various complaints that are filed on " Rip Off” which all went down in or around 2013 I found that he provided a fraudulent surety bond for a construction project at UMASS in Massachusetts. On that project 4 subcontractors sued and won a lawsuit against UMASS for $500,0000 because George Gowan’s bonding company never backed up the fraudulent surety bond he sold the general contractor who then went bankrupt. I come into the picture because I, along with the FBI and the NH Division of Insurance Fraud Unit worked together to take down Leo M. Rush of Pelham, NH who sold $1 million dollar worth of fraudulent Errors and Omissions policies out of Nevada and Utah under the name Bunker Insurance.

He also got popped for operation 5 different fraudulent bonding companies out of New England. Mr. Rush who admitted his guilt will be sentenced next month in Federal Court.

Paul Anderson's agent had him transfer $250k to FMB where FMB purchased a CMO as requested by Paul Anderson.  FMB was not able to use the CMO so Paul Anderson's agent requested that the CMO be transferred to a broker in France who had a buyer for the CMO.  Paul Anderson was to be paid by the French broker so FMB transferred the CMO as requested and it is FMB's understanding that Paul Anderson was paid.
