I purchased 3 contracts with fitness connection, they state you can cancel at any time. The place is super packed like fish in a sardine can from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. When you join their reps just tell you about all the savings you will get and extra classes. They never state a maintenance fee annually or that you need a certified letter to cancel. My children were going to school so I needed to cancel their memberships and my bank account was low.

Fitness connection took a annual maintenance fee, but returned it, but since my account had insufficient funds my account bounced. I called them. Beverly Wiggins, and Maria her side kick are so rude. They were never their when I joined! All they do is point to the contract. Which they will not show me a copy of. They never canceled my contract even though I sent two letters requesting them to cancel it.

They claim either, I never sent the cancellation request or the postal service screwed up. But in my email and phone call I requested them to cancel my accounts. They knew I wanted to cancel. Yet they kept my auto withdraw still bouncing my account. Fitness Connection uses every deceitful trick in thier book to take the customers money. They always point to a contract that their representatives NEVER cover thoroughly when you join. To them the customer is only a pay day! I would not ever waist my time with them.........
