On May 6, 2014 I went on line to purchase flowers for my Mother who lives in Virgina.  I started going through the process of selecting flowers and a 40% discount code came up - ok sounds good so to continue I had to enter my credit card information so I get to the summary screen where I apply the discount code and saw that these people are a scam they charge a $16 handling charge another fee for delivery.  So the flowers came out to the exact same price without the discount.  So I CANCELLED the order I did not Approve or Continue at this point.  I never received an email confirmation.  I immediately contacted a local florist and sent my Mother flowers without crazy scam fees.  So on May 8th I have the Flower Express Charge show up on my credit card $84.18 - I called and after being treat rudely I was transfer to a Courtney - she sent me my order confirmation while I was on the phone with her.  I explained to her that I did not order these flowers that I never accepted and that to remove the order. She said no and couldn't explain to me how their system would charge me when I did not move forward once I saw the $16 handling fee. She was nasty and said that they would charge me a $30 dollar cancellation fee.  I said don't you dare because I never ordered these flowers and that I already ordered flowers from a local florist.  I said not to cancel but DO NOT SEND these flowers to my Mother it will confuse her.  I repeated myself and she said ok.  Well they sent the Flowers anyway my Mom received to sets of flowers the flowers delivered from Flower Delivery Experess SCAM had no information on the card - none of my information (because I never processed the order). My Mother even called the Florist they were sent from and they couldn't tell her who the flowers were from.  They had plenty of time to cancell those flowers.  My Mother said the flowers that came from the local florist were beautiful and that the one's from Flower Delivery Express were awful $84.18 for awful flowers - great.  I am going to dispute this through my Credit Card Company hopefully they will remove the charge.  Also, I report to Consumer Complaints at US.gov.  Do NOT ever enter your credit card information on this site - they processed a charge without my approval - I know I cancelled the order because I would never pay a $16 handling fee as well as Delivery Fee.  The local florist charged $5 for delivery that is fair and the flowers were beautiful.  Go through local florist.
