It is My Opinion in the following remarks:
Bought a 2010 Jeep Patriot at friendly's ... All paper work is messed up (Still to this day) , The Car loan is at a Predatory Interest Rate esceeding 15%. none of what the sales person said was correct as promised. Went back repeatably to be lied to about facts of the deal such as interest and adjusted price based on the submitted trade in.
The End result was a "High" car payment with 15% + interest Rate. Badly Worn tires not replaced as agreed.No Oil change before pickup. took the Entire Week to close the deal.
Went Back for a trade in and was offered substantially less than what was owed on the vehicle and then offered 50% of the true value of a trade in. Would have cost 3 thousand more dollars to trade with a substantial trade in amount. Friendly's did not honor a oil change agreement in liew of a refinance attempt when we were scheduled by them to come in at a set time for the approval of refinance of our high interest car loan, Only to be lied to and recivieved no Oil change as agreed.
Only one word commes to mind "Unscrupulous" Business practices and lacking integrity....
They change sales staff each and every sun rise it seems ? I styrongly suggest not to do business with this organization as being mislead is art of deception which friendly's is good at....

Why did you agree to an interest rate that you are not satisfied with?

You could have read the signed agreement instead of returning to the dealer for that information. Did you read the agreement prior to signing it?

Is that agreement in writing? Why didn't you wait for them to replace the tires before signing the agreement?

You were willing to give up on your request for refinancing in trade for a free oil change. Your negotiation skills need a lot of fine-tuning. Your spelling skills need some work too.

You mentioned that twice but never supplied details. If your complaint is that the written agreement does not match the verbal agreement, the written agreement will prevail.
You appear to be suffering from a case of buyer's remorse. Enjoy your jeep.
