We were "selected" to attend a meeting and receive validation for a $1,000 airplane certificate.  After a 30 minute presentation, we were divided into separate rooms for hard pitch sales presentations.  They recorded a portion of the conversation. They made the process sound do simple to go on vacation and assured us of all of the savings we would receive that the $3,000 would be payback in one to two vacations.

Not true.  The reservations desk id very difficult to work with ansd will not book a flight when you call them, but they will call back with alternate times and dates rather than what you are requesting.  And then we discovered that we must pay annual dues.  They are a scum bag group with high pressure tactics.  We lost $3,000 for nothing.
