Jim painted our house in 2008, he told us that this product would not crack, peel, fade, or blister. Needless to say it has done all of the above. When they were supposed to start painting they did not show up when they were suppose to, they said due to the rain they got delayed on their other houses they were painting already. So they started a week later then they were suppose to. We have been trying to get him to warranty it now for about 3 years. He finally showed up and took all the extra paint that he left to us originally and said he would be back with new paint. He has not showed or called us. We had contacted a lawyer who sent notice that he had to do the warranty work, His response was that he did not have to do the warranty work because they company that made that paint has gone out of business. And he told our lawyer that there was nothing he( the lawyer) could do to him. HE also said go ahead and take him to court we wont get a dime out of him. Customer service is non existent after he gets your money. And good luck trying to get him to come back to do any kind of warranty work. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Okay, so as promised, I have waited for a phone call on the 15th of May. No phone call has been made and no attempt to fix the problems have been made. So I am sticking with my original report. Empty promises, That is all this company offers. Jim said he would make all attempts to make this issue better. Again there was no attempts, no phone calls, NOTHING!! Again please stay away ffrom this company. There is another report I found someone eho had the same issues as us. Ended up paying $18,000 to fix the job. Unbelieveable.

We have been in contact with this customer multiple times and have been out at their home to look at the issues. This customer called us at 7pm Friday night after the close of business and filed this complaint the next day. We have not yet started to work outside for the season yet, as it has been very cold this spring and we do not plan on working outside for another 2 weeks at least.
There are times when weather plays a role in delaying start time and this is completely out of our control. We are in the process of trying to work out a resolution with this customer as most of the issues on this house have to do with wood de-lamination as Mr Esposito has acknowledged.
However, we have NEVER stated anything close to - sue us you would never get a dime out of us.
Also, we have never been contacted by their attorney which Mr Esposito has acknowledged in our phone call will him today.

Spoke with Jim tonight, and we are hoping that we can work this out between all parties involved.
