when i ran across the ripe off report.it was to late i had already placed my order.had i known i never would have placed my order with herbal smoke shop.unlike others i had to start big 168.00 in goods and nothing yet.i placed my order on october 11th,2006 was told i would recieve my order in 5 days because i didn't have it rushed (thank goodness) 1to3days for rush delivery.as of november 1,2006 i haven't recieved nothing. not even a return email. yes i tried calling three different numbers i located several times609-407-0005/609-407-1400/1-866-437-2748,no one picks up.also emailed customer support a couple of times globallifesupport@gmail.com.but i hear nothing in return from them.i'm beginning to think i was taken for a ride with no seatbelt on and hit a tree.my money gone.i thought like many i'm sure that this would be a great way to same money.enjoy a herbal smoke from time2time and not worry about passing a drug test.this is one of those if it's 2good to be true it is.scam city usa.so remember if your looking for a good toke this place is a joke.say no to herbalsmokeshop.i already started telling friends who was looking forward to seeing what my product was like.before they order their own.now they want no part of this company and glad i took the first test run with them.well good luck everyone.

i have called 866-437-2748 over and over and no answer its 1:40 so im pretty sure your open if your a real company i spent 70 bucks on herbal smoke shop and never got a reciept but i got a tracking number and i check the tracking and UPS dont even have the shipment  i call over and over and sent emails out the as* and no response im heated

well now i see things hasn't changed much with this company still the same complaints.although i have never recieved my product from this company my credit card was never charged also.i'm still unsure on what happen but seeing how every number i called and no one picks up,the world will never know.i suggest when you don't recieve your product.you call your credit card company like i did.after all i waited more then i needed to with what i was promised and no one answering my calls.

hhmmm lets see,i tried calling no answer,i tried email but no reply. when emailing support my email should come along with it. correct?so then why hasn't the company looked up my order from the emails and deliver my goods? how many leo's from akron,ohio placed an order. i'm looking at my receipt that came to my email when i placed my order so i know i'm able to recieve emails from your company.

also i know this site is for complaints and many companies are on here. this is your excuse to rip people off. other companies is on here so it's ok for you to be on here with many more complaints then them.i really don't care that other companies are on here. when i need to deal with that company i'll look on the rip off report see the complaints and stay away from that so called company. like i would have done here had i know this site was available to me.

You can easily contact us via email 24 hrs a day at globallifesupport@gmail.com, or via the contact form on our website. Make sure you add our email address to your "not junk" or "non spam" list so you actually receive our response. We are in the office from 9am to 4pm eastern time, mon-fri not including holidays. There are many, many operators here and our lines are always open if you need assistance. If you need asssistance please email or call me and I would be happy to help you. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 business days via ground shipping, or 5 business if you chose RUSH with a credit card payment, than there may have been a security issue in which your order would be held for phone verification. If you paid via online check, you must allow 7-10 business days for it to clear before shipment.

Either way, just contact us while we are open, or via email 24 hrs a day, and I would be more than happy to help you! Keep in mind this is a complaint only type of website, so there is nothing but negative information on every major company in the united states, including verizon, cingular, att, best buy, circuit city, wells fargo bank, bank of america, every major company in the world is slandered on this website. Just contact us and we can help you, and do not forget to add our email address to your "not junk, or not spam" folder so that you receive our responses to your emails.
