El problema es el siguiente: Desde principios de noviembre lleve un vehiculo marca Land Rover con problemas de transmission, el estimado fue de $2,000 dolares el cual para comenzar con la reparacion deposite la mitad $1000. En enero 22 del 2013 recivi la noticia de que el vehiculo estaba reparado y pasara a recogerlo.  Cuando fui pague los otros $1000 que adeudaba y me  lleve la guagua del taller la cual saliendo del mismo estaba peor:  la guagua comenso a hacer un sonido ensordecedor the engranaje.  Cuando regrese al taller 5 min mas tarde el taller estaba vacio y mientras esperaba me percate de que tenia una fuga grande de aceite por el diferancial,  yo soy mecanico y tengo mucha esperiencia con vehiculos europeos y me di cuenta enceguida de que el habian montado el kardan mal sin la union trasera y faltando 3 tornillos. Ademas el freno de mano no servia.  El diferancial se esgrano dentro a consecuencia de eso y tuve que dejar la guagua.  El 29 de enero me dijeron que la guagua estaba lista y que pasara a recogerla, lo cual hice, no es facil por que la guagua esta en Manati y yo vivo en Orocovis y es el unico vehiculo que tengo.  Cuendo llegue a recoger la guagua todavia no estaba lista porque volvieron a instalar el kardan igual que la primera vez y me tuve que yo meter debajo de la guagua a montarlo correctamente lo cual hice.  Trate te verificar el freno de mano y descubri que habian botado unas piezas las cuales ellos dicen que no lo hicieron porque ellos nunca trabajaron con eso, pero conociendo el funcionamento de este vehiculo les dije que para separar la transmision del transfer tienen que obligatoriamente desmontar esa pieza, pero ellos insisten que no tuvieron nada que ver con el asunto. Lo mismo dijeron de la pieza del kardan que botaron y que rompieron. Botaron los separadores de las bandas de la emergencia al igual que los 3 tornillos de la union del kardan que ellos no tocaron.  Que raro.  Bueno pues me lleve la guagua para probarla y me dejo por el camino, los llame y me dijeron que ellos no eran responsables,  al otro dia mandaron a buscar la guagua con una grua a mis gastos.  La guagua lleva desde entonces en el taller de Manati,  ellos dicen que no tiene nada,  pero tampoco hacen nada, no se van a responsabilizar por las piezas perdidas,  como ya se les pago todo el trabajo para ellos la guagua mia no es importante y a veces ni contestan el telefono,  quedan conmigo para ir a probar la guagua y nunca pueden, el tecnico tiene que ir desde San Juan y nunca puede y mientras tanto yo sigo sin auto.  La pieza perdida cuesta alrededor de $50  y el mayor problema que tengo para radicar una querella contra ellos es que nunca me han querido dar documento alguno  a pesar que se lo e exigido en todas ocaciones pero me lo han negado y me dicen ellos todo lo llevan en una bitacora como los de vehiculos hurtados de la Policia el cual yo no les creo. Ya e perdido la confianza en ellos y preferiria que me entregaran la guagua asi y me devolvieran los $2000 mas gastos de transportacion, visitas a medico, pues ahora tengo que ir a un psiquiatra, deterioro de la guagua,  2 tanques de gasolina que la guagua se chupo estando en el taller que suman unos otros $2000 dolares entre danos y perjuicios ya que ellos me han fallado tanto y se ve que no tienen ninguna experiencia con el vehiculo ademas de que son unos irresponsables, me rompieron los dos asientos delanteros y la guagua esta durmiendo desde octubre del 2012 bajo las inclemencias del tiempo agua, sol y sereno. Mas tengo yo que estarles diciendo lo que tienen que hacer y como instalar las piezas que instalaron mal.  Por favor ayudenme a recobrar mi paz, mi dinero para poder llevar la guagua a otro sitio y terminar con esta pesadilla que me esta afectando fisica, emocionalmente y sicologicamente y hasta en mi matrimonio.  Ya no puedo esperar mas. Van 5 meses,  tuve que comprar el marbete y ya pronto voy a tener que renovarlo denuevo sin usarla y cero noticias de la guagua ni de ellos.  Me tienen bloqueado en el telefono.  Son sumamente groceros conmigo y hasta me insultaron varias veces.  Por favor soy una persona incapacitada y todo esto me esta afectando mucho.  Les ruego me ayuden.

The
problem is this: Since early November carrying a Land Rover vehicle

Orocovis and is the only vehicle that I have. Cuendo
arrives to pick up the bus still was not ready because kardan install
again like the first time and I had to put me under the bus to ride
correctly which I did. Try
you hand brake check and discovered that they had thrown some pieces
which they say they did not because they never worked with it, but
knowing the functioning of this vehicle told them to separate the
transmission of transfer must necessarily remove the piece, but they insist that they had nothing to do with it. The same is said kardan Part they threw and broke. Separators threw emergency bands like the 3 screws from the union of kardan that they did not touch. Strange. Well
I take the bus to try and let me by the way, the call and was told that
they were not responsible, the next day they sent for the bus with a
crane to my expenses. The
bus has since been in the workshop of Manati, they say they do not have

parts lost, as I pay all the work for them mia bus is not important as sometimes
not answer the phone, get me to go try the bus and never can, the
technician has to go from San Juan and never can and in the meantime I'm
without a car. The
missing piece costs about $ 50 and the biggest problem I have to file a
complaint against them is that I never wanted to give any document
although it and demanded in all occasions but I have refused and tell me
they all lead logbook as a car stolen from the Police which I do not believe them. Ya
and lost confidence in them and prefer that I surrender the bus as well
and give me back the $ 2,000 plus expenses for transportation, visits
to doctor, now I have to go to a psychiatrist, deteriorating bus, 2
tanks of gasoline that the bus it
sucked being in the workshop totaling about other $ 2,000 dollars
between damages because they failed me so much and you see that they
have no experience with the vehicle besides that are irresponsible, I
broke the two front seats and the bus is sleeping since October 2012 under the weather water, sun and serene. But I have to be telling me what to do and how to install the parts installed wrong. Please
help me regain my peace, my money to take the bus to another site and
end this nightmare that is affecting me physically, emotionally and
psychologically, and even in my marriage. I can not wait any longer. Van 5 months, I had to buy the label and as soon I will have to renew it without using it and zero denuevo news bus or theirs. I have locked the phone. They are extremely groceros me and even insulted me several times. Please I am a disabled person and all this is affecting me much. I beg your help.

Garaje Ruben Still not responding.

Incredible when people apparently represent that they are professionals and later result that they are not.  I still claiming them all the things they did to my lovely Land Rover Discovery.  After 2 years at their facility,  under all kinds of misunderprotecting,  not taking any precautions to avoid damage to the interior and exterior of my truck,  they end up towing it to my home and let it on the road to me take care,  a piece of incervible junk,  all deteriorated,  vandalized for all places,  rothed and with rats nest and parts bitten all over the engine compartment. The truck did not run at the time they towed and many others parts damage or broken. I have been working with many things,  trying to put the most things as the best I can.  Now I have it running,  a little rough, still with all 4 oxigen sensors and catalitics damage due to installation misplaced,  connectors burnned due to they where at first not connected and where hangging over the down pipes and the front shaft. I have been working with everything, since,  dash restoring, plastic welding,  painting,  mechanic, all 6 hella lights mounted on the safary rack,  when bad and the most incredible is that the problems for what I brought the truck to them (transmission) could not be fixed.  So,  I paid $2,000.00 for a repair that grow up to a piece of junk, not fix, have add a lots of extra problems and I have spent over $1,500.00 more to put it to work and trying to fix most of what they broke or damage.

Another things is that I did file a report to the Consumer Department (DACO) and they have not attend to the most important one's like the physical inspection, they have change lawyers few times,  I don't have one because I can not afford one and now they want to see the truck,  after many months of hard work,  under the sun, rain, dust, grease, glue, fiberglass, gelcoat,  bond, bad fumes, skin burns, and others. They didn't attend to the last administrative citation and I could not understand why they are not fine for that.  I think they must give them a complaint. I fill tire and frustated,  I fill sick,  I am depress and taking a lots of medicaments that change my mood every day differently and have had suicidal thoughts. I don't have any support while they have a bunch of lawyers and much more resorces. 

At the end the big one always win. All you needs is money to shutdown this extorcionist,  iresponsible, stealers,   insane and.  Unproffesionals companies who want to steal our money,  take all the only things left and step on us until one explode like a ketchup envelope. Hope to see them all collecting trash to keep alive.

Me podran creer que todavia que despues de 10 meses de llevar mi vehiculo y pagar lo accordado con El Garaje Ruben,  al sol de hoy todavia no se a resuelto nada.  Someti el caso al Departamento de Asuntos al Consumidor y ellos me enviaron copia de la demanda.  Me e comunicado con el presidente de la compania, Luis Rivera, y el tiene la misma actitud de sus empleados.  Nunca puede hablar conmigo por que tiene un almuerzo de negociios, cuando no es que esta en la corte,  que tiene que salir de la oficina y me devolvera la llamada y nunca, pero nunca me a devuelto una sola llamada.  

Desde la primera vez que hable con el estaba sumamente sorprendido que esto hubiera sucedido y que estaria atendiendo mi caso personalmente a la mayor brevedad,  cada vez que lo llamaba pasaban varias semanas y siempre me decia que la guagua estaria para esa misma tarde,  otro dia me dijo que estaba esperando por una bateria nueva por que la que tenia se habia danado (esta era nueva tambien) oviamente 10 meses sin usarse se dana cualquiera.  Me pregunto yo como estara ese motor despues de tanto tiempo?  Me dijo que la persona que me atendio desde el principio fue despedido y yo pase por el taller y lo vi trabajando. La guagua se la llevaron para otro taller que queda como a 30 milllas de distancia sin mi consentimiento,  el presidente me prometio villas y castillas,  el marbete que le puse en octubre 1 mes antes de llevar la guagua ya pronto se va a vencer otra vez y yo todavia no tengo mi guagua.

Estoy si auto y ellos ni se dignan a llamarme.  Mi salud empeora, soy una persona incapacitada y ahora para colmo tengo que ver un siquiatra por que me enferme de los nervios y estoy tomando un monton de medicinas a consecuencia de este problema.  Mi esposa me abandono por que se canso de estar enserada y estoy esprando por la vista de seguimento de DACO y si no entonces va para la divicion legal.  Pero ya yo perdi las esperanzas,  lo menos que le reclamo a esta gente del Garaje Ruben son $6,000 a $7,000 dolares de compensacion.  

Dos mil dolares que yo les pague por la reparacion inicial,  y el resto por los vehiculos que e tenido que tomar prestados, los danos emociionales que no tienen valor monetario, danos fisicos,  roturas adicionales que ellos mismos crearon por no tener personal experiemntado.  Por mentirosos, morosos e irresponsables.  Cuidense de estos inescrupulosos que se hacen millonarios a cuenta del pobre.  En Daco me  dijeron que las quejas relacionadas a este taller o cadena de talleres habian incrementado en los ultimos tiempoos.  Espero que DACO haga algo y saque esta gente de circulacion que por muchos anos an hecho tanto dano a la gente.

By liars, delinquent and irresponsible. Take care of these unscrupulous millionaires are made on account of the poor.
