Generator Factory Outlet Knowingly sold faulty generators with no intentions of backing them up. La Verne, California

Bought a DS7200Q diesel generator in January 2011.  I put it into service in May 2011 and it produced electricity for 6 hours and then quit working.  I called Generator Factory Outlet and they sent me a new capacitor that took a month to get and when finally received it did not make any difference.  I talked to the company several times with different ways to fix the problem including changing the generator it self and nothing ever happened.  I put it aside for several months and decided to look at it one more time. 

I took all the panels off looking for obvious problems and eventually found 2 wires off a circuit board.  I called the company again and was directed me to their wiring specialists.  He told me that that was a problem they have dealt with from the start and they had around 47% of the consumers with break in problems of the engine and they had discontinued this model and if I wanted any parts to get them now because they were going to clear the shelf by November 2012.  He also told me to take it to an electrician and have them fix it because those circuit boards were not available.

 I am left with a $1000.00 generator that I have spend hundreds more on plus a lot of time looking for solutions.  The Generator Factory Outlet had said they would back them, and now we find out this model has had problems from the start, and Generator Factory Outlet no intentions of backing.
