Getgripgo.com is a RIPOFF! Wallingford Connecticut

I went to getgripgo.com the company is Grip GO,  to place an order for 1 dashboard cell phone holder. The add said, as does the website, buy 1 at 14.95 + 7.95 (for S & H). It offers an option to buy 2 for the price of 1. All you have to do is pay double S & H ( so ... 14.95 + 7.95 + 7.95)  I was charged the following: GripGo S/2 Deluxe - $24.95 + 15.90 P&H
GripGo S/2 Deluxe DS - $19.95 +15.90 P&H totaling $82.64. It states allow Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.  Bait & Switch

I called customer service after I received my confirmation email to cancel the order, I was told I'd have to call back the next day to allow the order to get into the system, and they would be able to take care of it right away.

Day 2 I called and they said it already shipped and I would be charged the 82.64 because I ordered 2 deluxe products.  The website mentions nothing of a deluxe product.  You cannot review your order before giving your cc info.   After a very long discussion with a customer service rep, and over 30 minutes of pleading to speak to a supervisor, she transferred me.  The supervisor told me they have stopped charges on my credit card and I'd have to wait for the statement to see the charges were taken off and to refuse the  product when it was delivered.

I asked for them to email confirmation of that and they said they could not. I asked to speak with someone else and Amy S19 told me to refuse the order at the door.  And after they received the product back, they would refund my cc.   she told me over 10,000 orders were being shipped out that day. 

Bait and switch.  Big ripoff.  Now I have to wait and see if it is taken off my card. Do not buy this product no matter how tempting it may seem.
