My experience with the Godsey and Martin Law Firm has proven to be a waste of time and money.  Because of them, we are further from getting paid.  The sad thing is, the case solved itself.  The other driver hit us in the rear.  We took pictures and she even gave us her address, phone number and insurance info.  All they had to do was file.  They sent us a check for the damage to the car.  All they had to do was send the medical and physical body info in.  We filed in October of 2010 and just now heard from them.  They "FORGOT"!  Staff member by the last name Alba said she sent info to company but heard word back.  She did not make contact with us for over 10 months!!! 



While holding for 30 minutes, one of the two "REAL" attorneys, stated on a recording, if you have any complaints ask to speak to him(Martin), or his partner Godfrey directly.  I did.  FAT CHANCE!!!  They ended up so call putting a black woman on the phone claiming she was the Firm Supervisor.  She refused tro give her name.  As I began telling her what happenened, she had the nerve to apologize and try to take up for investigator Alba.  She said that Alba did not follow firm guidelines and should have given claim to attorney.  I further asked to speak with Godsey or Martin.  She said they were busy and also mentioned that the amount of money that was b eingoffered on the case was not in their best interest.  GO FIGURE!!!!  We were never told anything about money.  And she had the nerve to start calling out Biblical names on the phone.  And this was the so called Firm Supervisor.



Again, do not trust this law firm.  They have a rating of less than 2 out of 5 stars.  Do your research.  They are incompetent and will tangle you up in red tape.  If the staff is indicative of what the "2" attorneys can do?  This was a blessing in disguise.
