Hey you need to file a report with the Better Business Burea and its easy to do online. You also need to call Rep Jim Cooper's office and notify him. Goodwill not only does not pay taxes it gets tax payer funding. The reason they ripped you off is becuase the store managers get paid very little and they have to jack up their sales this way. Middle TN Goodwill District managers are very very lazy and dont even worry about store theft unless cash is stolen. They really need to lose their non porfit status. They do very little job training an only hire a few with disabilities. Most of the workers are felons and they under pay them or just lazy workers that nobody else would hire except walmart. They do nothing for to deserve non profiit status
