Sold me a warranty claiming it covered 100% parts and 100% labor w/ $100 deductable. When my a/c locked up, had my car taken to dealership. They claimed the dealership was unreasonable on repair cost and only wanted to cover a third of the repair cost. They told me to take my car to where they wanted, I did and now they are saying the same thing and now only want to pay for half of the repair cost. I have spent over a week trying to get them to pay for the repairs which is covered under my contract.

So why you guys only paying half of my repairs when I took my car to the dealer and call 2 different places ?

This customer did just as Interstate National Dealer Services requested, by bringing the car in for a 2nd opinion, because original quote for repair seemed high. Upon bringing the car to the second repair facility, customer was quoted a similar, but less costly quote for repair. I am a manager with the selling offices, GotWarranty,Inc, and have been aware of this customer since his first call-in regarding this claim.

The above complaint is in reference to claims, which is handled by the Administrator, INDS. However, after reviewing this account, and speaking to this customer, his claim was originally "pending" (not denied) due to clerical error. After speaking to this customer's Administrator, they have rectified the matter, and his claim has been paid 100% of labor and parts.

We ask you kindly remove this complaint because a) the complaint should have been made towards the company who wrote/denied the coverage, Interstate National Dealer Services. b) issue was resolved in the customer's favor, claim was paid.

Got Warranty has contacted me and has offered a full refund of money I paid for the warranty. I accepted the refund offer.
