Grand Canyon University Financial Aid Dept GCU has been dishonest with me re Financial Aid and although I reported certain information and now wants me to repay they are very deceptive Pheonix, Arizona

A little over a year ago I was searching for a school to pursue my Masters Degree so I chose online Grand Canyon University, UI applied for financial aid it has been a nightmare. First of all i called many times with no return calls and it took them over 6 months to process my application In early June of this year io was told that my tuition reimbursement was not reported which i informed them on more than one occassion as a result i was told I owed a refund. However  recently wehn they made a mistake on my package putting in more that what I got from my employer they c,aim they don taccount,

they have given me so many conflicting stoires and I honestly have ripped me off in many ways. Orginally I was told I would get subsidized and unsubsidized loans and without informing me they cut my funding of by about 8,000.00 Then I wastold they would only take $200 dollars off the balance they said i owed from the refund only to find out they took all of it. Needless to say I have been informed other students ahve been treated the same way. I understand cuts but I feel they should have kept me informed.
