HHGregg Cleveland Disgusting customer service experience... ignored by HHGregg management Brooklyn, Ohio

An incident occured several months ago in which I had a washer and dryer delivered to my home and there was a problem with the installation.  The delivery men did not install my gas dryer because my shut off switch was 10 feet from where my wife wanted the dryer to sit.  I had to pay a plumber to adjust it. 

My wife called my neice, who works at the store here on the west side (incidently my neice sold us our washer and dryer) and we were directed to a representative at the store, and then forwarded to a person at the delivery center.  We did not understand why they could not hook it up assuming they did not have the right equipment.

the problem was with the rude and surly person that they connected us with named Kelly Simonny that treated my wife like a fool and used the foulest language you can say about a grown woman.  My wife spoke to this Kelly for a few minutes and became agitated when she did not understand the hook-up limitations.  Kelly blamed the problem on the salesperson (our neice) and was very rude.  When the call was done, this girl slammed down the phone, but it did not disconnect, and my wife heard the girl say "stupid c*nt I hope your house burns down." and laughed which was followed by laughter from a male. 

Myself and my wife are elderly, and no one had ever used such foul language to her before.  my wife started to say hello hello and the phone clicked off.  my wife called my neice again and we were connected eventually to a manager named Olli who listened to everything that happened and apologized, explained everything calmly, and assured us that the situation would be resolved.

In passing a couple weeks ago I asked my neice if she heard that something ever came of it and she stated that nothing to her knowlege ever happened, and since I was never called back, I'm now writing this report.  I don't want anything to do with a company like hhgregg that employs such rude and classless people!  I hope this report helps thank you.
