HSBC is trying to collect a debt which isnt mine, (original debtor has same first and last name- but diferent Social Security number, and different middle initial.

Company ignores repeated requests, (written, email, and telephone) to stop calling. Calls multiple times per day, beginning at 8am.

If the debt isnt yours then sumit a dispute to the credit bureaus, you should probably just check your credit. They will continue to call you and send you bills until you prove to them that it isnt you.
