Left my Hypertech programmer on the dash of my truck, and it's cheap plastic warped making it very difficult to press the buttons. Called Hypertech to see if i could get a new case, and they said they don't sell them, but if I sent in in, they would "refurbish" it/replace the case, for $100. Support tech said they could not sell a case, because opening it voids the warranty, but it is out of warranty anyway. Just give me a lousy dollar case!That is what I call poor customer service---Will never buy from them ever again.
