I spent over $800 on this website and received several hundred BROKEN items, they SUBSTITUTED items without my approval, they shorted me on several purchases and just plain didn't send half my order! When I emailed them about this they offered me a $50 refund on $300 worth of broken, damaged, or substituted items! To top it off they said I had to return the items they substituted before they would refund me! This is all THEIR error! I had to file a DISPUTE against them with my credit card company!

Also, you can order all the stuff that she has on her website for FAR less money from NOVELTY LIQUIDATORS, so don't even bother to pay her high prices to have your items damaged before they reach you! Deal with the professionals that she gets her stuff from for less!

I see from this website that I am not the first victim of this and I say we all file a class action suit against the owner Chantel Espinoza and have her put out of business! Anyone who is interested please email me for details and I will start the process.

I have found through dealing with Chantel that she has a lot of class---too bad it's all LOW!

The above is a Completely Erroneous Report filed by Lords Insurance

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 14, 2014

I am the owner of Ganis Insurance Services, Inc. and I have never worked for Crystal Clear Digital Marketing.

The author of the above false commentary has a beef with a company I previously worked for which has absolutely nothing to do with me, Ganis Insurance, or Crystal Clear Digital Marketing.   At the time I worked with the company that David and Lords Insurance Agency is unhappy with, I simply trained their employees (or tried to, most of their staff refused to learn anything that might help their failing business).

I never once sold or promised anything to Lords Insurance.  I never claimed any system would integrate with anything as I had nothing to do with integration.  I was hired strictly to train their worn out, unmotivated and disgruntled employees who had no leadership or management in their agency.

Upon leaving that job, no one's clients names were procured by me or anyone.  Every sentence in the above report is a flat out lie, with the exception of them having the pleasure of meeting a person by the name of Mary Ganis.

Thankfully, those who know me and the business I am in realize the person writing the above report must be very confused, or perhaps a bit unbalanced.   Where do we get our leads?  Word of mouth, several lead sources, Social Media, and the internet.  We tried to train the author of this report and their employees on how to attract more business, but unfortunately it fell on deaf ears.  We are happy to share our success stories with anyone as we know there's enough business in the world to support everyone who wroks hard in in the insurance industry.

We keep our clients happy by offering the best service and the lowest rates in the state of California.  When you are the best at what you do, your clients tell their friends.

We will be contacting our attorney regarding these slanderous statements.

Contradictory Rebuttals from imaginary employees

AUTHOR: Heavenslittlestuffsucks - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 03, 2010

Funny how one of these rebuttals says my merchandise was never shipped and another filed a day later says it was shipped within 10 days...let's get the story straight, people!  I wanted to post some photos of what I received so YOU ALL can decide!  Would you like to open up your box and see what I say when I received my order?

Unprofessional, flat out liars

AUTHOR: Heavenslittlestuffsucks - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 03, 2010

In reading all of these "rebuttals" from so called "employees" of this Company, I just have to laugh.  This is a one person operation that works out of her household.  I never spoke with anyone but this one person; she has no employees.  I never asked her for free stuff (perhaps this is another unhappy customer she is confusing me with?), and I did in fact, receive part of my order....some of it wrong, some of it damaged, so of it missing.  When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they reviewed both parties information and decided to refund my money for the items damaged and not received.  After this happened, the owner of this Company started placing false advertisements in local newspapers using my home phone number as a contact--it was confirmed with the local paper that she was the one placing the ads! (Ads stating I was giving away free kegs and free building supplies, etc).  You can imagine my phone was ringing off the hook, and it took me a couple of weeks to get the phone to stop ringing.  So all in all, while she did create an inconvenience with her ridiculous revenge plot, when all was said and done, the Credit card company did me justice by reversing part of my payment.  Being the honest person that I am, I only filed a claim for the missing and damaged items, NOT for the complete amount I paid.  As I stated before, most of the items on her website can be found elsewhere for less money, so please do an internet search for the items you need before placing an order with someone so fishonest.   Novelty Liquidators is one of the places I have found the same merchandise for less money.

Heaven's Little Stuff is Very Unprofessional

AUTHOR: amelia - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 03, 2010

Heaven's little stuff do have great items, great prices and a wider variety than other prices. After reading the reviews on this company I decided to leave them alone, however after searching and searching and could not find an identical company I decided to try my luck with Heaven's little Stuff. For one thing, they do not have customer service number to seek clarification only an inquiry form which they answer as it seems only when they feel. After placing my order I received notification by email that some problems arose with the credit card used, which is fine as that happens allot with online stores, so I emailed -as there are no phone numbers, indicating the need to have the situation resolved ASAP and my uneasiness with making payments to knittingqueen@hotmail.com, this does not seem official. I have sent over three emails and one inquiry form request pleading for clarification. It has been a week and not one person, sale representative has been in touch with me. Either this company is extremely rich and doing well and as such does not need to put much effort into customer service or it is a big SCAM!!!

#5 Consumer Suggestion

I love this company

AUTHOR: Julie Wells - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 14, 2009

I have been buying from them for a few years now and have never ever had a problem. I think the problem with these customers is that they dont read the description correct. If you do then you will find that you might get get what you think is in a case. I have read some of the complaints and they all say the same thing. They did not get as many items as they though they should have . Well if you read some cases are only 3 or 4 per case. One comment was they only received 6 instead of 12. If you read the description the cases are differnt and not all cases are 12. That the thing about internet ordering is you NEED to read.. I just wanted to say that because it seams they are giving this company a bad name when in fact in the 4 years I have benn ordering I have never had a probelm nor have any of my freinds that also buy from them. Just my veiw.. They are a great company and the cheapest on the net or even in any store I have found.

#4 UPDATE EX-employee responds

This Customer is a lier

AUTHOR: Larry Stouty - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 16, 2008

I was her sales rep, she tried to get away with ordering under the table from another rep. I am very sorry that she lied to make a report about Heavenslittlestuff. This only make this site Unverifiable If people keep filing false reports. What a shame. Her order was to be shipped USPS like all the others but she did not want to pay for it, For some reason she was under the impression she did'nt have to. We informed her it would be shipped in 10 WORKING DAY, however two days later she filed this report the same day another rep spoke with her and she wanted to pay for the order under the table at a cheaper coast, unprofessional and a potty mouth at that!! Also Chantel Espiona does not own the company. It is a corporation and owned by three men,

Crazy lady wanted free stuff I remember her

AUTHOR: Good Girl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 16, 2008

I remember this one; She first asked my boss if she could have over $1,000 of free stuff. She wanted to order then got mad because HLS would not donate it to her. I remember because after she paid she called and her rep was not in at the time so I had to take her call. She even asked if I could get the merchandise and she would pay me under the table half the worth, I told my boss and we asked her to no longer order from HLS again so to tell you the truth this is her way of getting back. We refunded her the amount she paid and cancelled her order; She never received any merchandise so how it could be damaged is a mystery when the order was cancelled. Nice try though,, this web site ripoffreport is only helpful when you tell the truth about companies.. There is no reason to lie..

POSTED: Tuesday, January 15, 2008

As stated on website 10 working days from warehouse so really 12 days because sat and sun no work then up to two weeks depending on USPS. The tracking numbers in comment show that order was delivered. I have worked for heavenslittlestuff for over three years and this lady is the worst person to deal with.
