DCSE refused to cooperate with father and father's employment to resolve overcharging. DCSE did not apply all payments made to this case.

DCSE fails to maintian proper records to research these claims and others. DCSE admitted to taking several days to apply payments, which leads to non-payment on the non-custodial parent's side.

When asked to explain why it would take them 10 days to process a payment we were not given an answer, yet if your order is weekly you are charged interest and charged for missing a payment, which puts you in arrears.

After going to court, DCSE refused to make any adjustments. DCSE says it is up to the employer to provide documentation on payment history.

Now, should your emplyer have such a small amount of employess that they are not required to keep records like this you are in trouble. DCSE employees have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. Once they have you and the custodial parents realizes that they get more out of you with the poor services of DCSE they will never agree to drop DCSE.

DCSE refused to make the proper changes to this case, which caused our income tax check to be taken. If the ordered amount with the judges signature requires DCSE to take a certain amount then how can they justify changing that amount to whatever suits them. Why does the interest get sent to the custodial parent.

Who entitled the custodial the extra money for the screwups of DCSE? They did this repeatedly and after 4 years of the same amount coming out of payroll they took my income tax.

Claiming that my ordered amount never met the order entered. How do you justify that? Never an answer. After fighting to get this straight they continued to abuse their position and took well over what was actually owed. Hundreds of dollars later and court over and over, custody finally changed hands.

I was awarded custody, of course 'the once was' custodial was not ordered to pay child support. Maintaining an arrears because of all this mess, the courts ordered me to pay $15 a week until it was paid.

Good old DCSE thought that wasn't proper so they once again took my tax check to settle for the new non-custodial.
