Hercules Moving Systems/Sammy's Services LIARS, NEGLIGENT, DESTRUCTIVE HANDLING, NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Los Angeles and across USA California & US

Hercules Moving Sytems is designed to rip people off. They sell you on being able to inspect your belongings before paying upon delivery but that is a lie. Then they send you a "binding quote" and in fine print deny any accountabilitiy whatsoever.

They tell you you only get charged for actual cubic feet but upsize everything based on the largest possible size for an item.

These incompetent morons have no clue how to handle furniture. They literally tossed my fragile antiques in 360s upside down over and over to wrap in blankets. They put no FRAGILE stickers on my items as requested.

They stacked things to where they were broken, even the lightest weight things when I was told they would not be stacked if I didn't want them to be. 

After 6 phone calls when their manifest declared 3 items shorter than they picked up I got zero phone calls back.

They shattered glass, damaged table, dresser, chair, bicycle and god-knows-what-else that I haven't inspected yet. 

The driver, a contracted service declared "It's not my problem" and demanded full payment before they would take MY things out of his truck even when things were declared on the paperwork "broken" and "crushed."

The "manager" who called me at delivery declared the same thing, saying it's a law. What a bunch of crap ever heard from a human mouth. They do not care at all!

Do not believe a word these rip-off artists tell you! They have ZERO accountability. They can purposefully destroy any items and it does not matter to them whatsoever. They absolutely do not care about you, and simply want your money. They try to upsell you on-pickup site to try to rip you off more.

Put them in their place: DO NOT hire them! Quit your job Giselle, you are wonderful but you are working for criminals and hence a liar for them!
