Holsted Jewelers Unknown Supposed to ship an amethyst ring for 6.99 shipping, no other fees. Internet

This company, Holsted Jewelers, has stated that they wil ship a ring for only a shipping fee of 6.99, I have since found out that they routinely ship other items, for which they will charge outrageous fees, and charge them to the credit card they have on file for the original shipment, and it is very difficult to stop these shipments. They have no address on the acknowledgement of order, just a confirmation number, in this case FOS 3857. At the bottom, there is a notice that something will be shipped separately. I don't want anything else shipped separately! Also on this form is a notice that an invoice will be sent..why do I need an invoice for a FREE shipment??? I don't want anything now from these people. I will not pay for anything frm these people, and my bank will be notified not to accept any order from them, nor allow any payments to them.
