I ordered a pool sweep from these people through ebay on 4/23/13.
A shipment was acknowledged to have left on the 23rd, which included a tracking number for FedEx.
It had shown that the item was to be delivered on the 26th.
After a few day following that date, I contacted FedEx, and was told the package was NEVER picked up as shown.
Attempts to contact the seller, with only an email address: hsam@hicss.com, all failed - Email was bounced.
I then contacted PayPay (thank God I used them), and to date they have not had contact with them.
I was told by Ebay that it would take up to 4 weeks to resolve, prior to they refunding my $449!!!
Stay clear of them!!!!
