Hope For Home Owners Now - Senior Mitigation Cousultant (or Peoria) Scam on Mortgage Loan Modification. Glendale Arizona

I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to this company and asked to have a manager call me back with no response.  I requested a refund of my money because my modification was declined.  When I called the company I was told that I could not speak to a manager, they would not give me address of the company so I could send a certified letter.  I filed a complaint with the BBB stating that no one will call me back and I was requesting a refund, minus the $495 fee. 

I finally spoke to someone named Christina who advised that since I filed a complaint (which is my right) then I will not get a refund.  I advised that I filed a complaint because no one would call me back.  I advised that once I received a refund, I would be happy to close my complaint. She told me it was in my hands because of the complaint I filed.  I asked once again to have a manager call me back and still have not have a call or email or anything from this company.

Nancy had come to us for help thirty days ago, yet it is our fault she is 4 months behind. We did our jobs and gathered her information and submitted it to her lender, and even did a three way call with her to confirm that we had submitted her paper work to her lender. However the lender did not have it showing in there system so they were unable to verify if they had the complete file they could only verify that we had sent docs via fax three times because they could not seem to get them in their system. So after we worked on this file for 30 days and submitted it to her lender Nancy felt she could negotiate her modification herself. Which is perfectly her right, however she signed a contract with us that of the $2995.00 fee (of which she only gave us a $1000) was fully refundable except for $695.00 dollars for processing. So when Nancy asked us to stop working on her file we refunded her money less the $695.
Now it takes about 45 to 80 hours of phone work to get a mod submitted and set up. Even though see signed a contract for us to do the work that clearly stated the terms she felt she was owed all of her money. So instead of having to deal with a disgruntled customer I refunded all of her money. Yet here I am defending my company and what we do for our clients.

This is ridiculous and I cannot believe some one can type what ever they want about another business to intentionally hurt them without any one having to verify the facts. We are registered on the better business bureau with a perfect record. (Even after this episode).
