The tech will tell you this not Hugh's net . I called to have the dish moved as this was done while I was unaware an at work , I had to pay out of pocket $200 for a second contractor to come out and move the dish . 10 gb's from 8 a.m. To 2 a.m. And another ten from 2 a.m. To 8a.m. I ran out of data in one week ! Just by reading emails and sending . Maybe 100 emails a week and replying to 10 . I was told I was only going to have to pay $68 a month for service and when the money came out of the bank for the first three months it was over $98 . This is a rip
Off !! I called and was told I could purchase more gb's of course for a fee . I canceled my service and went with AT&T . I was charged $370 total for early termination . I explained to Hugh's net that I could not pay the amount all at once and would pay the amount in the next two weeks . The credited me the $200 for the service call to move the dish and charged my bank $170 bucks the very next day . I called to complain and after talking to a supervisor finally after 45 minutes . I was told that I couldn't have the funds back . I would have to call my bank . I almost lost my wife's vehicle over this as I had planned for that money to pay the note that month . So in a long story short , it's better to go without internet than fool with this company . They are like used car sales reps . Promise the world and make it sound so great for a cheap price. Do not give them the option of automatic debit withdrawal do not let them scam you into buying this service . You will be better off using a hotspot because the service is slow as molasses ! Seriously took many attempts to send an email response and many attempts to even get my computer or iPad to pick up the service .
