on 6/1/12 i ordered the ibc precision cook top as advertised on tv, bogo with small shipping charge i rec 1 unit but have never rec the 2nd obne but they sure charged my credit card for both units they will not answer the phone or an email ....don't get suckered into this scam

on 7/23/2010, I also purchased the Nu wave Precision induction cook top (BOGO) from a tv commercial. Although I received BOTH units, I did not receive other items with it that were advertised. BOTH units did not work out of the box. One arced and shot sparks. The other one would not hold a temperature and burned everything put on it.

I have tried repeatedly to contact this company and either get put on eternal hold or receive no return calls.

They have charged my credit card bill even though I have emailed them of my dissatisfaction with their product. I will contest it with the CC company.

Do NOT buy from this company. They are a total scam.
